    Great bottle but some problem

    I love the bottle design and size, however, the straw that attaches to the top is poorly made and frequently falls off.

    Hi Russ,

    Thank you for the feedback. The straw was intentionally designed to be a bit larger than the top to ensure a very tight fit. Please make sure to push the straw all the way in, which may require a bit of force. Once the straw is locked all the way in it should hold extremely well and not fall out on its own.
